To provide safe, decent and sanitary housing conditions for very low income families and to manage resources efficiently.

To promote personal, economic and social upward mobility to provide families the opportunity to make the transition from subsidized to non-subsidized housing.

Closed for all Federal Holidays 

Rockwood Housing Commission does NOT participant in the MSHDA Housing Choice Voucher (Section 8) Program. We are a General Admission Housing Provider. Rent is based on 30% of your gross adjusted income.
